Everything DiSC certification is the official Wiley programme that qualifies you to deliver Everything DiSC assessments and workshops inside your organisation. It runs over two weeks as four live virtual sessions plus self-directed work and a final exam, and awards the Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential.
What does Everything DiSC Certification involve? +
Everything DiSC Certification is the official Wiley programme: a two-week blended learning experience with four live virtual classroom sessions, self-directed work between sessions, and a final exam. On passing, you earn the Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential and the confidence to deliver DiSC within your organisation.
Who is certification suitable for? +
HR, L&D, OD and Talent professionals who want to deliver Everything DiSC inside their organisation, and independent coaches, trainers and facilitators who want to add DiSC to their practice. Facilitation experience helps but is not required — the programme builds your confidence session by session.
How much does Everything DiSC certification cost? +
Everything DiSC certification through David O'Grady Coaching starts from €3,995 (excl VAT) for an individual practitioner, or from €3,495 per person for teams of two or more. It can be invoiced in EUR or USD, and your only ongoing cost afterwards is Catalyst profiles at partner rates.

Do I need to be certified to use Everything DiSC? +
No. As an authorised partner I can deliver DiSC workshops and debriefs for your teams without you certifying anyone. Certification is the right step when you want the capability in-house — so your own people can deliver DiSC across the organisation, with profiles as your only ongoing cost.
What is the time commitment? +
The programme runs over two weeks: four live virtual sessions of about two hours each, plus self-directed preparation and project work between them. Most participants plan a few focused hours around each session, finishing with a final exam at the end.
What support do I get before, during and after certification? +
Before: a preparation call to set you up and align certification with how your organisation will use DiSC. During: I'm available for questions throughout your cohort. After: mentoring into your first deliveries, help setting up your Catalyst administration, and ongoing profile supply and advice as your internal use grows.
How does Everything DiSC compare to Insights Discovery? +
Both are excellent preference-based behavioural tools that do slightly different jobs. Everything DiSC offers a practical workplace language on the Catalyst platform; Insights Discovery offers colour-energy profiling with strong depth for leadership work.
