What you need to know
What does the accreditation programme involve?
The official Insights Discovery Accreditation is a 4-day programme run by Insights, available face-to-face or virtually. It covers the psychology behind the model, how to interpret profiles, and how to facilitate sessions confidently. You'll leave fully accredited with all the materials you need to deliver.
Who is this suitable for?
The programme is designed for HR, L&D, OD, and Talent professionals who want to deliver Insights Discovery within their organisation. Some facilitation or coaching experience is helpful, but not essential — the programme builds your confidence throughout.
What's the difference between virtual and face-to-face?
Both options deliver the same accreditation and materials. The virtual programme runs as a series of 90-minute interactive sessions via Zoom. Face-to-face is a 4-day residential experience. I can help you decide which format suits your team best.
What ongoing investment is required after accreditation?
The main ongoing investment is profile purchases. A standard Foundation profile typically costs €50–€90 depending on volume. There is also an annual Client Practitioner licence fee of approximately €510 per year (set by Insights). I can advise on volume arrangements and budgeting.
How do you support before, during, and after?
Before: I help you understand the options and prepare your team. During: I'm available for questions and can coordinate with Insights on your behalf. After: I provide enablement support to help you plan your rollout, build confidence, and embed Insights Discovery into your organisation's development approach.
How does Insights Discovery compare to DiSC?
Both are preference-based behavioural tools. Insights Discovery uses Jung's model and four colour energies, offering rich individual profiling with strong visual appeal. I'm a partner for both Insights and Wiley (DiSC), so I can help you understand the differences and choose what's right for your context.
