What practitioners say
What you need to know
What does the accreditation programme involve?
The official Insights Discovery Accreditation is a 4-day programme run by Insights, available face-to-face or virtually. It covers the psychology behind the model, how to interpret profiles, and how to facilitate sessions confidently. You'll leave fully accredited with the materials you need to deliver.
Who is this suitable for?
It's designed for coaches, consultants, facilitators, and independent practitioners who want to use Insights Discovery in their client work. Some facilitation or coaching experience is helpful, but not essential — the programme builds your confidence throughout.
What's the difference between virtual and face-to-face?
Both options deliver the same accreditation and materials. The virtual programme runs as a series of interactive sessions via Zoom. Face-to-face is a 4-day in-person experience. I can help you choose what fits your schedule and learning style.
Will this automatically increase my revenue?
No tool can promise revenue. What accreditation can do is strengthen your offer: clearer sessions, better client experience, and a credible framework you can integrate into programmes. If you already have clients (or a clear niche), it's often a strong capability add-on — not a silver bullet.
What ongoing investment is required after accreditation?
The main ongoing investment is profile purchases, with cost depending on volume and how you choose to package Insights into your client work. There is also an annual Client Practitioner licence fee of approximately €510/year (set by Insights). I can advise on budgeting and pricing options.
How do you support before, during, and after?
Before: help you choose the right pathway and prepare. During: available for questions and coordination. After: enablement support to help you integrate Insights into your practice, tighten delivery, and build confidence in real client scenarios.
Ready to add Insights Discovery to your toolkit?
Whether you're exploring accreditation, joining an enablement cohort, or looking for high-touch partner support, I'd welcome a conversation. We'll discuss your context and help you choose a pathway that fits.
