What is a DiSC and Insights integration partnership? +
An integration partnership embeds Everything DiSC® or Insights Discovery® into your organisation's people systems (onboarding, leadership development, team formation) instead of running them as one-off workshops. It combines a rollout plan, facilitation or co-facilitation, practitioner certification for your own team where it fits, and an ongoing supply of profiles. You choose how much stays in-house through three models: Build, Embed and Scale.
What is the difference between Build, Embed and Scale? +
Build means your HR team gets certified and leads the rollout internally, with guidance and mentoring from me. Embed means we work side by side: your team gets certified and I co-facilitate the early sessions while internal confidence grows. Scale means I run the full integration end to end as your external partner. Many organisations start with Embed and shift towards Build as internal capability develops.
Can our HR team get certified to deliver DiSC or Insights themselves? +
Yes. Everything DiSC Certification, run by Wiley, and the four-day Insights Discovery Accreditation, run by Insights, both train HR and L&D professionals to deliver the tools inside their own organisation. Both are available through this practice, and internal certification is the heart of the Build and Embed models. Which tool should we integrate: DiSC or Insights? +
It depends on your context, and one organisation usually commits to one shared language. Everything DiSC® measures observable behaviour and runs on the Catalyst™ platform with strong team follow-up tools. Insights Discovery® is built on Jungian psychology and produces deeply personal, memorable profiles. Can an integration partnership run virtually? +
Yes. Facilitation, co-facilitation, certification support and coaching all run on-site in Ireland or virtually across Irish, UK and US time zones. The platforms do the heavy lifting remotely: Catalyst™ and the Insights app for Microsoft Teams keep profiles visible where your teams already work.
What does an integration partnership cost? +
Most first-year integration partnerships land between €8,000 and €15,000 (US $10,000–$18,000) excl. VAT, depending on model and profile volume. Tell me your headcount and what you want the tools to do, and after a short scoping call I'll send a clear proposal, usually within two working days.
