The structure is the same on a single workshop and on a multi-year programme: it is what lets a small practice take on institutional work without a single point of failure.

David founded the practice after twenty years in corporate HR, talent and leadership development, including senior roles at 3M and HubSpot. At 3M he established the enterprise licence and facilitation model for Insights Discovery®; at HubSpot he did the same for Everything DiSC®. He has facilitated Everything DiSC for more than twelve years.

Today he runs the only practice in Ireland partnered in both Everything DiSC® and Insights Discovery®. He scopes and owns every engagement, leads the first delivery of each module, and delivers every senior leadership and executive session himself. David O'Grady, executive and team coach in Ireland, helps new teams form faster.

Sarah is an ICF-credentialed coach, a Wiley Everything DiSC® certified facilitator and the founder of Story Coach. She partners with CEOs, managing directors and their teams to communicate with clarity, lead with conviction and build high-performing cultures.

Drawing on firsthand corporate leadership experience, she works with senior leaders and teams to improve ways of working, resolve conflict and have the conversations that move things forward. Direct, exploratory and tailored to the individual, Sarah challenges leaders to face difficult realities and act with confidence.

Padraic Cunningham

Padraic is a facilitator and team coach and the founder of Cunningham Coaching. He trained as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in Dublin, auditing and advising banks, funds and insurers, before moving into technology: six years in fast-growth SaaS, in sales and customer success, where he built a function from one person to a team of seventeen at a start-up that was later acquired.

Today he designs and delivers behavioural workshops for commercial, operations and technical teams: communication and working styles, psychological safety, coaching conversations and leading through change. His facilitation style is built on storytelling, humour and creating an environment where all participants feel heard. He delivers in English, with conversational Spanish.

Sarah and Padraic are independent practitioners who deliver Everything DiSC® programmes under associate terms with David O’Grady Coaching Ltd. The practice holds the client relationship, the contract and all assessment administration. Associates do not deliver Insights Discovery®, The Five Behaviours®, CliftonStrengths® or Hogan work.

Tiarna manages the programme process end to end: first contact and scheduling, participant onboarding, the full assessment cycle, session logistics and reporting. She has run the practice's Everything DiSC® programmes since September 2025, from assessment issue and tracking to report generation and client liaison, and manages the practice's CRM, inbox, calendar and client communications.

A business operations specialist with more than five years' experience supporting consultants, coaching practices and small teams, and a background in advertising and digital media, she brings a calm, organised approach and is known for being a dependable extension of the businesses she supports. She coordinated participant data and on-site logistics, including late additions, for the Everything DiSC event for more than 100 participants in Dublin in February 2026, and has been Virtual Administrator to the ICF Ireland Chapter since 2025.

Continuity and cover

No scheduled session depends on one person.

The team is structured so that no scheduled session and no administrative task depends on the availability of one person. Here is how that works in practice.

One accountable owner

David scopes the work, owns the relationship and the contract, and leads the first delivery of every module. Senior leadership and executive sessions are his.

Named facilitator, in writing

For programme work, the facilitator for each session is confirmed to you in writing at least 10 working days before delivery.

Certified cover, same materials

If a facilitator is unavailable, a named Wiley-certified associate steps in with the same official materials and the same session design. The date holds. Any change to named personnel is notified immediately.

A process that does not stop

Tiarna manages the programme end to end, from first contact to final report, working from the practice’s own Wiley partner account. Profiles, access links and reports continue whoever is in the room.

Who delivers the sessions?

A named, certified facilitator, confirmed to you in writing before each delivery. David O'Grady leads the first delivery of every module and delivers every senior leadership and executive session; Sarah Lennon and Padraic Cunningham, both Wiley Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioners, deliver Everything DiSC Workplace and Management sessions and act as named cover.

What happens if the facilitator is unavailable on the day?

A named, Wiley-certified associate steps in with the same official materials and the same session design, and the date holds. On Everything DiSC programmes Sarah and Padraic cover each other and David; any change to named personnel is notified to you immediately, and the programme itself carries on because Tiarna manages the process separately from delivery.

Are the associate facilitators certified?

Yes. Sarah Lennon (2024) and Padraic Cunningham (2025) are Wiley Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioners, with certification sponsored through this practice, and both hold the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential. Certification is awarded by Wiley, not by the practice, and certification evidence is available on request.

Do the associates deliver Insights Discovery or the other tools?

No. The associate facilitators deliver Everything DiSC® programmes only. Insights Discovery®, The Five Behaviours®, CliftonStrengths® and Hogan work is delivered by David O'Grady personally.

Who is my day-to-day contact during a programme?

David for scope, design, senior sessions and anything commercial; Tiarna Dermody, who manages the programme end to end, for everything from first contact and scheduling to participant onboarding, the assessment cycle, logistics and reporting. You deal with one supplier, one contract and one accountable owner, and enquiries are acknowledged within one working day.

Who holds the contract and the participant data?

David O'Grady Coaching Ltd. The practice is the single contracting party, issues every profile from its own Wiley partner account, and holds the client relationship and all assessment administration. Associate facilitators are engaged under written terms with the practice for delivery only, work to its materials and standards, and have no access to client platform accounts.

Can we name this team in a tender or procurement submission?

Yes. This page is the public record of the delivery team, and the same structure has been named in public-sector submissions. For a submission the practice provides a team statement with CVs, certification evidence, cover arrangements and service standards on request: email david@davidogradycoaching.com.

Where does the team deliver?

In person across Ireland as the default, with Padraic Cunningham, based in Barcelona, covering the UK and mainland Europe in person. Every programme also runs virtually across Irish, UK, European and US time zones, and Padraic delivers in English with conversational Spanish.
