What is Insights Discovery?
Insights Discovery® is a behavioural assessment built on the psychology of Carl Jung. A short online evaluator produces an in-depth personal profile: each person's mix of the four colour energies, their strengths, their value to the team, and how they prefer to communicate — plus possible weaknesses and practical suggestions for development.
There are no good or bad profiles
Insights Discovery measures preferences, not ability. Nobody gets labelled; everyone gets a clearer picture of how they work — and how the person across the table works differently.

What is Insights Discovery? +
Insights Discovery® is a behavioural assessment based on the psychology of Carl Jung, published by The Insights Group. A short online evaluator produces a personal profile that maps each person's mix of four colour energies — Cool Blue, Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow and Earth Green — to one of 72 positions on the Insights wheel. Teams use it to build a shared language for communication and collaboration.
What's in an Insights Discovery personal profile? +
Each profile describes that person's working style: strengths, possible weaknesses, value to the team, communication preferences — including how others should and shouldn't communicate with them — their opposite type, and suggestions for development. Profiles are generated from each person's own evaluator responses, so each one reads differently.
What happens in an Insights Discovery team workshop? +
A half-day or full-day interactive session. The team explores the four colour energies, sees where each person sits on the team wheel, and applies the language to real working situations — communication friction, decision-making, meetings. Every workshop is built around one priority outcome agreed with you in advance.
How is Insights Discovery different from Everything DiSC? +
Both are respected behavioural tools. Insights Discovery is built on Jungian psychology and uses four colour energies; its profiles are deeply personal and memorable. Everything DiSC®, published by Wiley, measures observable behaviour and runs on the Catalyst™ platform with strong team follow-up tools. Can we run Insights Discovery virtually? +
Yes. Workshops and 1:1 debriefs run on-site in Ireland or virtually. Virtual delivery works across Irish, UK and US time zones, with profiles and materials handled online end to end.
What does Insights Discovery cost? +
It depends on team size and format: each person needs a personal profile, plus facilitation for the workshop itself. Tell me your team size and what you want the session to achieve, and I'll send a clear quote — usually within one working day.
Can our own team get accredited to deliver Insights Discovery? +
Yes. The official four-day Client Practitioner Accreditation trains HR, L&D and OD professionals to deliver Insights Discovery inside their own organisation.
