The practitioner behind the tools.
David O’Grady, executive and team coach in Ireland, helps new teams form faster. He ran these tools inside enterprise before becoming a partner. At 3M he took Insights Discovery® from sporadic use to an enterprise operating model. At HubSpot he did the same with Everything DiSC®. He built the enterprise licence, facilitation and integration models for tools the business already owned. Twenty years of HR and L&D leadership, an MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour from the University of Limerick (Outstanding Scholar), and a board role at ICF Ireland sit behind the work.
